I feel like marcus is the laughing man and he knows how to time travel so he went back in time and punched Sal because in the future Sal did something to Markus.
Miranda's mother steals things from work because they have little money and they need more resources.She got chosen to go on to a game show and if she wins they will get a lot of money.I feel like Miranda's mother is a good mother because she's trying her best to give miranda a good life.

The best book i have ever read is Super Fudge. Super Fudge is my favorite book because it makes me laugh and has lots of people in it.
I think the author included Markus because he might be a time traveler and he might help Miranda time travel to a different time. I think Markus punched sal because he had anger issues or something on Miranda Why Do We Yawn poster was wrong and he was mad.
In my eyes i think Miranda's mother tries to be a good mom and Miranda thinks she a good mom but i feel like sometimes she just forgets about Miranda and dose stuff for herself. The reason i'm thinking this is because when Miranda got of school she forgot her home key and when her mom showed up 2 hours later she had electric blue nails that she didn't have in the morning. Some little details that tells us about Miranda's mom is when the book says her hair is long and wavy. That tells us she has long and wavy hair.

ReplyDeleteMy favourite book i have read is Fish In a Tree. it is about a girl in 5th grade that has dyslexia it is a very good book because, i like how she makes mind movies in her head.
I think that the laughing man is Markus because they both said ‘your a smart kid’ so i think the Laughing Man is time traveling to when he was young to Markus. Markus also mentioned about how he believes in time traveling.

ReplyDeleteThe best book I have ever read is called The Recruit and it is a book in a series called CHERUB. This is my favourite book because of all the action and intensity and you are always wondering what is going to happen next or if he is going to be okay. Another reason I like the book is because what it is mainly about or the plot which is a bunch of kids working in a secret organization called CHERUB that does dangerous missions.
I think he has included Markus in the plot because he is the laughing man. I think he punched Sal because of something Sal did in the future because Markus can time travel.
I have learned that Miranda’s mom works as a receptionist, I have also learned that her mom is going to be on a game show called The $20,000 Pyramid. I think she would be a good mom because she is very nice and funny and pretty laid back. The way she talks to Miranda and how she is so scared for her daughter telling her daughter what to do if you see a criminal or a bad person.

ReplyDeleteI definitely read books over and over again. Some of them are the Harry Potter series, Percy Jackson, Heroes of Olympus, practically every Rick Riordan book, Wings of Fire, Land of Stories… I could go on and on.
So hard to choose a favorite… I personally love stories about someone with “troubles” because the lesson is ALWAYS learning to accept people for who they are. A few of my favorite ones on that subject is Fish in a Tree(about a girl with dyslexia), Rules(yes, I really liked that book), Wonder(boy with mandibulofacial dysostosis) and a few others.
I think the author has included Markus because he is really interesting and he helps explain lots about time travel and this book is about time travel. I think he punched Sal because he is trying to stop Sal from doing something bad and punching him stops Sal from doing whatever that is. We learn that he has to be accurate with his facts and the poster had wrong information. He also thought that Sal was the one who made the poster so he punched Sal instead or he has a rule against punching girls.
I think Miranda’s mom would be a good mother if they didn’t have so many troubles and she could loosen up a bit. Some little details that tell us a lot about her is the way she acts around people.

1.I have a series of books called “Voyagers” that I am reading for a second time. Voyagers is about these kids that go into space on a hunt to gather ingredients for a formula that will provide planet earth with electricity for ever. I like the adventure and suspense in this book.
2.The best book I have ever read is called Amulet. I like this book because of the amazing illustrations and awesome storyline!
3.I think Marcus is included in the plot because he has to be, as he is the one who punched Sal. I think he punched Sal because I think Marcus saw Miranda's poster and because Marcus is really into math and physics he saw an incorrect fact and punched Sal because he was frustrated.
4.I wouldn’t really want her as a mother because she isn’t really into her kids and for some reason doesn’t have a husband. Some of the little details are that when she “swipes” something from work, we know that they are poor and cannot afford extra little things. Also, the fact that they really want to win the $20 000 proves that they need the money.

ReplyDelete2. The best book I have ever read is probably Divergent because it’s the perfect length for a book, it’s very detailed, and it had a good storyline.
3. I think the author included Markus in the plot because I believe Markus is going to get closer to Miranda and it looks like Markus knows more than he tells people about. For example, time traveling. I think Markus punched Sal because it sounds like Markus is going through a hard time so he might have punched Sal to let his anger out, or that Markus knows what Sal is going to do in the future and is trying to stop him from doing it at an early age.
4. I think she would be a good mother if she payed more attention to Miranda or had Miranda a bit later in her life because she might always think what she could have done if she didn’t have Miranda.

My favourite book I have read is Wonder. I love Wonder because it is an emotional story and shows that you should not have to look the same to fit in.
I think Marcus is the person who is time travelling because of what the laughing man said is similar to what Marcus said. I think that he punched Sal because of something that is going to happen in the future because Marcus, I think, can time travel.
