Math Numeration Practise



Review:

  • Grade 6's go to this page for Chapter 2 (Numeration) and work through quizzes 1, 3, 4, 6, & 7 that cover all of the main subjects in the recent unit in Math that we are currently working through.
Make a note of any questions you get wrong in Google Docs after each quiz.  Pick one from each quiz and post comments on why you got it wrong and what you understand now...

    I got question seven wrong because I picked the wrong country. Now I understand that Belgium has almost twice the population as Finland.

    I got 3 and 4 wrong because I didn't know how to write the number in the place value chart ,but I understand now how to put the question on the chart after finishing the quiz

    For quiz 7 I got 10 out of 10 so I understanded it pretty well

    I got question 7 wrong because I said Belgium has twice the population OF Finland, not AS Finland.

    i got question 5 wrong because i said that belgium has the largest population now i understand that portugal has a larger population.

    I got 5 and 7 wrong because I didn't pick the write answer ,but now I understand that 0.36 represents 36 hundreds in standard form and 105 hundred thousandths represents 0.00105

    Test 6) 6/7
    Test 7) 10/10

    Test 4 i miscalculated my answers.
    Test 6 i misclicked on a different answer.

    I got question 7 wrong because I put Portugal is twice the population of Finland not Belgium is twice the population of Finland.

    Quiz 1: I got question 9 wrong because I accidentally chose D instead of A.
    Quiz 3: I got question 8 wrong because i accidentally chose C instead of A.
    Quiz 4: Nothing was wrong.
    Quiz 6: I got 6 and 7 wrong because I clicked the wrong answer.
    Quiz 7: I got 7 and 10 wrong.
